WhiteScreen.download does not run a support ticket system or a live chat , it is a small set of static tools, not a service with an account behind it. That keeps the contact options short.
What to write in about
- A factual correction. If a display, colour or browser claim on the site is wrong or out of date, say which page and what should change , those go straight to the person who maintains the content.
- A bug report. Include the page, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help.
- An accessibility problem. See the Accessibility page for what is currently supported; if something there does not work as described, that is worth reporting.
This is not the right channel for repairing a physical screen, diagnosing a specific device fault, or requesting a colour or prank screen be added , though suggestions are always welcome.
