Screen Tests
Run browser based screen tests for dead pixels, backlight bleed, uniformity, gradients, OLED near black performance, touch input and display information.
Screen Tests
- Complete Screen Test. Walk through white, black, primary colors, gray, gradients and contrast patterns to inspect a display in one guided session. Open fullscreen
- Dead Pixel Test. Cycle solid colors in fullscreen to reveal dark dead pixels, bright hot pixels and color defects that normal content can hide. Open fullscreen
- Stuck Pixel Test. Use controlled color fields to identify a pixel or subpixel that stays lit in the wrong color and compare it with a true dead pixel. Open fullscreen
- Backlight Bleed Test. Inspect a dark LCD in a dim room for fixed bright edges, corner glow and clouding while separating bleed from viewing angle effects. Open fullscreen
- Screen Uniformity Test. Use white and gray fields to inspect brightness, tint and panel consistency across the center, edges and corners. Open fullscreen
- Gradient and Banding Test. Display smooth gray and color gradients to look for visible steps, posterization and banding across tonal transitions. Open fullscreen
- Color Channel Test. Check red, green and blue channels separately so a failed or inconsistent subpixel is easier to isolate. Open fullscreen
- OLED Near Black Test. View controlled dark gray levels that can reveal OLED near black banding, tint and unevenness that pure black may hide. Open fullscreen
- Display Information. Read browser reported resolution, viewport, pixel ratio, color depth and an estimated refresh rate without installing software. Open fullscreen
- Touch Screen Test. Trace touches or pointer movement across the surface to find areas that do not register input consistently. Open fullscreen
- White Screen Image Generator. Create a pure white image in common resolutions or custom dimensions and export it in PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. Open fullscreen
- Screen Light. Turn the display into an adjustable white or warm light source for video calls, photography, tracing and close work. Open fullscreen
- Refresh Rate Test. Estimate the active browser refresh rate from animation timing and watch for an unstable cadence without installing software. Open fullscreen
- Motion and Ghosting Test. Follow a moving target to compare visible trailing, smearing and response behavior across display modes and refresh settings. Open fullscreen
- Sharpness and Geometry Test. Use one pixel lines, fine grids and checker patterns to inspect scaling, sharpness, geometry and pixel mapping at a glance. Open fullscreen
- Black and White Levels Test. Show controlled near black, near white and gray steps to check whether shadow and highlight levels remain distinguishable. Open fullscreen
This browser test helps you see patterns and visible defects. It cannot certify a display, measure factory calibration or determine whether a manufacturer will accept a warranty claim.
